iContact Resources Page Redesign

The iContact resources page had many issues. It was a highly visted page with a even higher bounce rate. It was overwhelmingly busy and needed a more user-friendly and modern touch. Based on research, users were visting the page and seemed to get frustrated, lost, and left. This would increase calls to support and customer unsatisfaction.

I began by removing articles that were no longer relevant. Decreased the amount of articles shown to prevent overwhelming the user. Introduced imagery for each article and a subtle hover animation.

With these changes, I have seen a clear decrease in bounce rate and an increase to unvisited sections and pages like iContact's product training.
